    Hello my name is Chris, and I have been suspended for two weeks. I can't talk or send messages. I talked to customer support and they helped me get hear, I can't send a case review to try to get unbanned.

    6 years ago I received a suspension

    I'm currently unable to submit a case review because the account was banned 6 years ago, so long ago there was no way to make a case review and I am unable to submit one now because the ban was given so long ago and the case review system I assume was
    implemented recently. Is there any way this could be forwarded to the Enforcement Team?

    I am unable to file a case review for my current suspension. The link isn't there and I just want to be able to communicate on Xbox one again instead of waiting 2 months. Can anyone from the enforcement team help me with my situation?

    Thanks for the support message.

    If the option for a case review is not there, then you can not submit a case review. It can take several days for Enforcement to get around to reviewing your case so most of the time temporary suspensions are non-disputable.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Not all suspensions are eligible for a review. If you cannot submit a review, you'll have to wait out the suspension.

    For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com
    I would (and have tried) to submit a case review, but I am unable to do so as no option appears.
