Unable to Login

its not a problem with the password, I'm unable to login

I had the same problem. Now I believe the password problem is fixed but it is now saying "Sorry there was a problem, please try again later error 80151103". NO XBOX LIVE!!! It's really pissing me off. Microsoft better be ready for some restitution because
I pay good money for this!!!

Usually that message appears when you had an account linked to your PSN account.
And right now unlink a Microsoft account from a PSN account is not possible.

"WARNING Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account."

If you're more than sure that you're using the correct account / you never linked an account previously

Also, the reason I am having this trouble is that there is a password to my account when I log in. I never put a pasword there before, and when I put in my info it says it is not correct. I assume this is because my info is connected with the tag .
I think someone may have hacked my account.

I cant sign into my xbox live every time i log in with my profile i get disconnected form xbox live. Ive gone over every thing with tech support and the issue still persists. All i want to do is play my xbox and having to deal with the same issue every 3
months or so is BS. I hope someone from xbox reads this because if nothing gets resolved im going to file a lawsuit. Ive paid thousands of dollars gaming on this console for years and iam not getting what i paid for.
