Unable to Login to Xbox.com.

Based on the description, you are having problem signing in to Xbox.com due to crashing. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. Are you referring to Xbox app where you are trying to sign your Xbox account?

2. Can you send us screenshot of the Xbox website that you are referring to? Make sure to conceal your Xbox account.

3. Are you using Windows PC to sign in your account?

4. Have you tried using different devices to sign in your Xbox account?

For the meantime, try signing in your Microsoft account through the following links in a browser. Let us know if you can sign in just fine.

On the other hand, if the issue is happening on Xbox app. you can reset the app or uninstall and reinstall it back. See the steps below:

Repair or Reset Xbox app

• Press Win + I to open the Settings app and click on Apps.
  
• Click on Apps & features, and in the search box type Xbox app and click on app settings (three dots).
  
• Click on Reset. Wait until the process is completed.
  
• Launch Xbox app again and sign in your Microsoft account.
  

Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app

• To uninstall, type Xbox app in the Windows search box, right-click and click Uninstall. After uninstalling, restart the computer.
  
• To reinstall, Open the Microsoft Store search for Xbox app using the search box, and install.

Sorry for the delayed response. I am still unable to login, i have setup the two step verification. I am able to login in the net but unable to login using the console !

When i try to login into the console i get the following message "The following password dint work. Try a different one or use your app password if you setup two-step verification. Visit Xbox.com/forgot for help."

Yes, it says that I have redeemed the Xbox Game Pass Core. I can provide an image and the code used to redeem the gold. I am still unable to login to my xbox.com account though.

If you're unable to recover the Gamertag to your console, but that same login information is working on Xbox.com, then I suggest you call phone support for further assistance with the account. You can reach them at 800-4MY-XBOX.
