Unable to login to the Enforcement website

Ever since raising a Case review for my son's ban, neither of us are able to login to the enforcement website to review his case and respond to the reply from MS/Xbox.

Never had any issue with logging in to that part of the site before. Only way around I have found so far is to login on xbox.com and then click the case review link in the email received, which brings up the case page, but its blank.

Not very useful when needing to update the case.

Have you checked the Enforcement site and logged in using your Microsoft account? Spazpol gave the correct website address. You may check Xbox Live suspensions there.

I am attempting to log in to xbox (to access netflix) but I am told "unable to login because microsoft account is associated with another profile"...

apparently I have another profile somewhere that is associated with my account but what is it, and how do I delete it?

Have you tried a different browser or cleared the cache on your current browser?

 

Yes, that's pretty standard stuff to try before posting about an issue.

 

I had a similar issue, i signed in here, but got a signinerror when i went to the enforcement page, i just kept reloading the pages and after a few goes i was signed it, might give that a try and see if that works.

 

I can kind of get in by logging in here, then re clicking the link on the email notification, that will eventually bring a "Case Review History" (https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowAppealHistory) page up, but here is nothing listed on it, and it
still says "sign in "at the top right.

Same when my son, who is the one who is currently suspended gets same issue.

 

lo and behold, now its the 10th I can now login and read the case review.

harassment suspension for smack talking.. nice when he doesn't even have access to mic on his xbox one (or kinect)

 

If your son plays at a friends house it's possible that he was using a mic there or, if you have a kinect attached to your console that works as a mic as well.

 

Doesn't play at anyone's else's house, or not recently anyway.

As i said no kinect, can use a mic/headset as hes broken the mic jack on the controller.

Beginning to think there is a mic on the motherboard like the old days, as if you could hear him scream his head off at spawn campers then yes I'd understand all the comms bans he's had.

I know there is the possibility of typing out messages but I dont think he has the patience to do that,.

It would be nice if the enforcement team/website/portal was more transparent so you genuinely ask what information they are working from and what they collect.
