unable to login to Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my pc

I get this screen when I try to open Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my pc:

Enter password

Because you're accessing sensitive info, you need to verify your password.

Forgot
password?

The email associated with this account is no longer active. I can't receive mail there anymore. It has been closed for several years.

I have no idea what the password was. If I choose "Forgot password" it sends the code to the incorrect email address. I have no other way to verify. No home phone or cell phone when I set up the account. I know what my game name is and my Microsoft Account
has my correct email address. I would have to lose all these years of MSC and have to start all over again.

I can't get anyone to call me because I have to sign in! HELP. Please.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the
Microsoft casual games community.
Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
support sitefor the casual games you can look over also.

I can run other Microsoft games and they login fine.. but Microsoft Solitaire Collection will not login and says it can not login and points me to the explorer login... I have re-installed the game... reboot my windows 8.1

Since this issue occurred after the most recent iOS update, I would recommend posting this discussion on the Official Apple Support Community webpage to see if others are
having a similar problem and to make Apple aware of the issue.

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
