Unable to login to Microsoft Solitaire Collection on iPad

Hi. Since the update ios12 I can’t login to Solitaire. I get the message “Soory, something went wrong. Give it another try, or try on xbox.com”. Giving it another try does nothing, and whilst I can log on to xbox I still can’t play Solitaire.

Assistance would be appreciated.

Purchase Premium on iOS

I am unable to purchase a Premium Subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection on either my iPad or iPhone running iOS 10.2.

I do have a Premium Subscription on my Windows 10.

I also created a new Xbox ID to try to purchase it on my iOS devices and that did not work either.

Since this issue occurred after the most recent iOS update, I would recommend posting this discussion on the Official Apple Support Community webpage to see if others are
having a similar problem and to make Apple aware of the issue.

My internet is working fine and all other internet related functions on my ipad are working fine. Microsoft solitaire collection just does not see the internet for the challenges.

I can run other Microsoft games and they login fine.. but Microsoft Solitaire Collection will not login and says it can not login and points me to the explorer login... I have re-installed the game... reboot my windows 8.1
