Thank you so much for your help. Unfortunately I can't find an option in XBox support related to this and every option I've tried says I can't raise a ticket for this issue.

If you have reset your account, and the issue still occurs, I’m not sure what could be causing it.



To become an ambassador, you need to meet certain requirements:



-Be 17 years of age or older



-Have a Gamerscore 1500 or higher



-Have no enforcement actions on your Xbox Live account within the last year



I believe this is what is causing the endless loop issue with the new account, you’re using to create an xbox ambassador account. Although, it shouldn’t take you round in circles, if this is the case, it should say something like: “You have to meet requirements
first”.



So as, you’ve created a new account, you’ll have to reach the gamerscore requirement of 1500G first.



With your account, that’s experiencing the authentication issue, reset password and try signing in again.

Hi Raining Roses

Thank you for your response. I created a brand new account and unfortunately, I am getting the same issue; as soon as I click on "become an ambassador it just seems to go in a loop, constantly trying to load and then refreshing (but I'm not getting the error
with this account)

I've just tried with Firefox and the issue occurs as soon as I finish signing in. I've now tried on 3 different browsers across 2 different devices and 2 different networks (my home internet and my mobile phone network)
