Unable to login on Xbox 360

I think its wrong that the Xbox 360 smartglass won't run I used that programme before the Xbox one came out and now I unable to sign or login the the app. It seems strange that the smartglass app for 360 is still downloadable and get I can to login in or
connect to the 360.....

It's a strange situation because you should be able to purchase it from the xbox one... if you login into the xbox 360 and buy the game from here, since the purchase is linked to the account, you will be able to play it also on your xbox one (and on every
xbox one console where you will login in the future)

edit: I made some research and it seems that this problem occurs when you are using a child account and try to buy some game of the xbox 360
