    Unable to login into my xbox


    Hi, I need help.

    Yesterday, I changed the password of my Microsoft account. Since then, I’ve been unable to sign in to my Xbox console with that account.

    I can sign in perfectly on the web, on my PC, and on my phone — but on the console, it just gets stuck loading after I enter my password and nothing happens. It doesn’t ask again, it just freezes there.

    I’ve already tried everything:

    Removed and re-added the profile

    Performed a full factory reset (“Remove everything”)

    Cleared cache and power-cycled the console

    Created a new account, which worked — but my main account still won’t sign in

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for posting a solution, it didn't work for me. Just to be clear I am able to login into my Xbox live account on my Xbox console, in the PC Xbox app, and the browser. The problem is only when I open the game and the game is unable to detect/login to my Xbox live account login.

    Same dude, but my other account on the same xbox logs in just fine. Different bright white sign in screen as well. Just happened today.

    Hi Cmdr Blackbird,

    Have you tried powercycle your xbox that might help but don't know if the new update messed up the login screen because i hav no issue with it

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
