Unable to log onto my Xbox One account!

Hey i'm having some issues with my Xbox One. I don't play too much on my Xbox One. But when i found out that a game that i have owned for a long time was playable on Xbox One trough the Backwards campatibility i decided it was time to boot up my Xbox One
to finally play this game. I put in the disc and the game installed. Now once i start the the game i get up a message that i am not signed onto a account and that i have to do so or else i won't be able to save. Nor am i able to download any DLC for the game.
The DLC is a must considering it contains the ending of the game. So when i try to log onto a account on my Xbox One i choose my account and i come to where i need to enter my password. This is where the problem starts...

I writer my password and click ENTER. What happnes is that it will just refresh and i have to enter my Password again. So i inter it again asuming it ws the wrong password. But again the same thing happens. I get no indication that i typed the wrong password.
Nor do i get an error code. The page simply refreshes and i am stuck in a endless loop of typing in my password. Now the fact that i am here asking this question should be a sign that i have the right password since this is the very same user only on my PC.
So i am wondering what can i do? Or is my user simply broken? I can't make a new user since my e-mail is allready in use on this user. And it's here i have all my stuff so if i make a new user that would be money wasted. I've also tried clicking the forgot
password button. Here i am told to enter the code in the box like on many internet sites. But when ever i enter the code the same thing that happens when i try to enter my password happnes and i am stuck Unable to get anywhere. This is really annoying since
i can't play my game with this going on. I've tried for hours to get this working but nothing happens. I can't find anything onlin nor any dorect way of contacting Microsoft like one could do back in the day when you just e-mailed them. So if anyone can help
me i would be very happy. Right now my Xbox One is just a useless machine to me.

Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

With the xbox one your account will be in the cloud so you just log onto your account on there xbox one and you can then use all your games as well

 

'Your Microsoft Account is Locked' 0x80a40014

Attempting to log onto my account on the Xbox One I am unable to do so as I keep getting the message 'Your Account is Locked' It asks me to check my account via. account.live.com but I see nothing there to do with this problem. I can still log onto my 360
fine. All I have done is recently changed my password and this message came up after I had input it. Any help?
