unable to log on

I purchased many of the jigsaw puzzles over the last year, and enjoyed solving them Last Monday, April 16th, I downloaded 2 new puzzles, and then shut down the computer. When I started it up Tuesday, it loaded a Microsoft update, and since then I have
not been able to load either the x box games. When I load the jigsaw puzzle from the menu, it shows only the original puzzles, and 1500+ points. Las I looked, I had 117,000+ points and many more games that I downloaded over the last year. How can this be
fixed?? I love the jigsaws, I find them relaxing, and 90% of what I had is missing. Please let me4 know how to get them and my x box on line back.

Unable to log on.

Not had problems for the past couple of days.

So you can't log on to Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices with the account, can you log on to
Outlook.com - Microsoft free personal email with his account?

 

Unable to log on.

After 2 days my son still can't log on. Gets to a screen that tells us to go to xboxlive.com to resolve issue. From there nothing. When you sign on and click on his profile, a screen pops up saying "sorry, looks like you found a glitch in the system". Still
doing that now after 3 days. Was on phone with microsoft for 3 hours yesterday. They had us change everything around 5 times. States his account is fine. Can log onto 360 no problem. Still can't log on to xbox1. As of right now, this thing isn't anything more
than a useless paperweight!!

Anyone else having this problem?
