    Unable to log into Xbox live account/Email!


    Well my problem is that you guys locked my account before I even had the chance to verify it. I received a email saying that "you detected something unusual about a recent sign-in" and now I cant connect to xbox live or my email address which I need. I have
    looked into how to recover my account and have tried entering all of the information I can remember but without access to my email and live account there is no way that I can tell you when my account expires or the subjects of recent emails I have sent and
    to who I sent them to because I don't send emails often. Id really like some help here. Also I would have just got you to send the code to my phone, unfortunately I have recently gotten a new number and am now in a pickle as I can not even do that to recover
    my account. So yeah, basically any advice you guys can offer would be great. I tired entering all the information you guys wanted but you rejected me twice and I am afraid to keep on trying in fear that you will permanently lock my xbox live account which
    I have had now for five year.

    Unable to log into the parent email!

    Okay, I recently logged into my xbox live and the terms and conditions have changed, so I need to log into the parents account to accept the terms of use. The problem is that my parents email has been hacked and is unable to log into the email. So now I
    am unable to accept the terms of use and now I cant get on at all! Please help! I have tried to recover the email Microsoft say I do not have the right information to get access to the email again! Please help!

    Changed my gamertag to a new microsoft account and lost Xbox live

    Yesterday I changed my Gamertag from my old unused microsoft account email address to my current microsoft account email address and now every time I try and log into xbox live on the console with my gamertag I am unable to connect, though when I am not
    signed into my gamertag on the console I can use silver Xbox live.

    Am I going to have to wait 30 days for my xbox live gold account to start reworking on my gamertag or is this another problem?

    How do I change my primary email from an old, expired one to my current email?

    No. I am able to sign into my Xbox live account using the log in info. But the email itself has expired/been deleted a long time ago so I can’t log into the email itself. So when I want to access/change my account info and it asks me to log into my email and find the verification code, I am unable to do so. Again, I know all the info for the old expired email, I just can’t log into for the verification codes because it’s expired

    Is there a way to change the email associated with Microsoft Accounts / Xbox Live Accounts?

    You can change the email assoicated with an account if it isn't a Hotmail, Live, Outlook email address by logging in to
    accountservices.passport.net and clicking "Rename Account". However, if it is a Hotmail, Live, Outlook email then you are unable to change it.

    Customer Support may be able to help you switch your Xbox Gamertag to the email of your choice, you can contact them at
