If you have two names on your first or last names, try to delete their spaces or do not use spaces. Try to update your account name on https://account.microsoft.com > Your info.

Alternatively, try to access the website using a different device or different internet browser.

It does not work I followed all of you steps and it did not work

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Unable to complete a purchase"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.

Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

Are you currently trying this on the Xbox console or the website? I do know yesterday the save was there as I did one as a test. Please let us know, thanks.

pictures here unable to locate save either, these are from the console. Only at the checkout does it say save for later.
