Please try to repair and reset the Xbox app, Microsoft Store, and the Minecraft Launcher.

Once done, be sure that you sign in the same account to those apps.

Check your account online from https://account.microsoft.com/ and https://account.xbox.com/Profile if there are no issues with your account as well.

"Press the Windows Button then type Services.
Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.
Then select Run as Administrator
Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager,
Xbox Live Game Save,
Xbox Live Networking Service,
Gaming Services.
Do this with each of the services listed above.
Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

Then try the game again, please.

If the problem persists, follow this path, and don't worry if the folder has different characters.
C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker

Delete the Accounts and Cache folders, restart your PC and try again."

Please, repair the XBOX app installation:

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Restore

Then, on the same page, press Repair.

This does not work!

I have tried the following:

1. Registry edits
   
2. Reinstalling Xbox app
   
3. wsreset.exe
   
4. SFC
   
5. Gaming services repair tool
   
6. get-appxpackage and remove appaxpackage
