    I received an email while i was asleep saying "notice of xbox live enforcement action" yet im unable to sign in to see why i was suspended. ive tried my pc, laptop and phone and it just doesnt let me sign in to see what i got suspended for. This is honestly foolish as i was just trying to jump on and have fun, and now i cant cuz i got reported for an unknown reason

    SOmetimes doing a network reset or waiting sometime could help with most log in errors

    The one you mention seems to be a network situation as I can log in the site without problem

    It doesnt give the option to sign in, i press the icon to sign in. It loads but it never loads up to let me sign in, it stays on the same page.

    The problem is i am unable to log into the enforcement page with the banned account and so i can't file a review for it hence i was told to do so in here by support chat.

    Miss Bijoux,

    -How long have you been unable to access the page?

    Since 26th September

    -How are you attempting to access the page - PC, Mobile, console?

    Have tried all 3

    -What browser you are using?

    Tried Chrome, Edge and Android browser.

    -How long is your suspension?

    The suspension on my sons's account is until 10th October. My account has no suspension.

    Neither account can login.

    -Are you still unable to access the page?

    Yes, As I said in my threas I found a workaround where if i log into xbox.com first then click on the link in the enforcement email it will bring up the case review page. However at top right it still says "Sign in" and therefor the site/browser doesn't
    think I'm logged in so no case details show up.

    Going direct to the Enforcement and logging in does nothing, It attempts it, but then just resolves back to same page with "sign in" instead of you name/avatar.
