    Unable to log in to Xbox Live


    Recently joined the Beta ring from the Delta ring in order to try console streaming. Last night and tonight, I cannot log in to XBL at all. It doesn't auto-sign in when I turn on the console (instant on and a full power down/power up). When I go to manually log in, it asks for my password and then sends a code for 2FA. After entering the code, it asks for the password again - which leads to it sending the code again. It's an endless loop where I cannot log in.

    Does anyone know a fix for this? Or alternately, does anyone know how to completely remove myself from the insider program or change rings without using the xbox insider app on my xbox? Can't use the app if I can't log in.

    I should add that I am able to log in to this account elsewhere.

    Also, the brief moment I was able to log in last night, no apps worked except YouTube.

    Hi thanks for the reply

    i am on windows 10

    it is only happening with football manager 2023

    i have troubleshooted, reset game files, restarted pc, restarted xbox app

    i am receiving the pop up

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.
