    unable to log in to xbox account for wordament


    I have been playing wordament and solitaire for years, with an automatic login to my xbox account. since yesterday both games are unable to log in. I did the usual steps: waited for four hrs as suggested by the wordament message (to synch with the server),
    tried to login to apps store (can do that), restarted computer, downloaded troubleshooting app - it claims it fixed the corrupt login but it didn't help. clearly this is an account issue - any ideas how to resolve it? thank you.

    Wordament game stats & daily ranks have not updated for at least a month on my Lumia 640 LTE, also on PC install.

    Have you tried to log out and log back in from Wordament?

    Persistent Log in issues for any Xbox game on my Windows 10 PC

    I'd be most grateful if someone could help. I have been - for months - unable to log on any of the Xbox PC games; my most recent experience is with the game Wordament, but this keeps happening with other Xbox PC games, too. I keep seeing these "unable to
    connect" error messages, as well as the error code 0x80072EFD, whenever I try to log on to these games.

    The login error just now occurred with Wordament, EVEN WHILE I am logged into the Xbox.com website. I have tried researching and following the "solutions" posted on many of the Microsoft forums, but to no avail. I have even tried the App Troubleshooter,
    and it didn't help.

    Can someone please help? Thanks in advance.

    Lost progress on Wordament

    Are you logged into your xbox account ok in the wordament app?

    I had a similar problem a few months ago and had to uninstall the game and reinstall to recover the cloud save and progress.
