    Unable to log in to store


    Lately my Xbox One doesn't connect to the store anymore. I get the following message: "Try that again. Something happened at our end and we couldn't sign you in." The error code is "0x80004005".

    Aside from that issue, there seems to be a general problem with the network connection, which breaks up after a couple of minutes of connectivity. Before the last update I actually had some problems with internet connectivity, but it just broke up once after
    starting up and then permanently reconnected. I read that it might be a problem that the XBox One has with Telekom (Germany) routers.

    Now the whole thing is just unusable and the problem (assuming that it is the same) has become far worse.

    What can I do?!

    - XBox One (Original 500 GB version)

    - Telekom 50K VDSL connection in Germany (Berlin; no problems with internet in general and full speed!)

    - Telekom Speedport W921 V

    One more thing: I recently changed my XBox region from UK to Germany after the last update finally allowed to set your console (and by that games) language independently from your region. It came to my mind, that that may cause an issue with the store, but
    it wouldn't explain the worsened internet connectivity.

    Unable to Log In

    I had just played Halo3 and I turned the Xbox off and then on again, and when I tried to log in it said, I had good connection. Then, it said I had issues with the service and Xbox stores. I have no idea how to fix it.

    Unable to log in

    I received a message on the Facebook page telling me to uninstall, reinstall and reboot. I did this and it didn't help. I am still getting the error message that the item I am attempting to purchase is no longer available. I don't know what else to do! I've
    tried everything! I have lots of puzzles downloaded that I have no access to! Please help!

    Xbox One Network Troubleshooter    . Make sure to test both wired and wireless connections, and if you haven't already, restart your network hardware.

    When you are trying to log in to the Microsoft Store, are you logging out of the account that is logged in and then logging in with your account? There is no way to have multiple accounts logged into the Microsoft Store

    Also, follow these steps and try again.
    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.
    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
