unable to log in to other account

I can't sign in to my other xbox account in order to stop payments coming out of a credit card. I have no access to the email(s) linked to it either. Unable to reset email passwords as well. Can microsoft change the password if I can prove it's me?

Can't sign in to XBL

Hello all. I'm still unable to log into my profile. Any ideas? I can log into my 360 but not the XBO.

It's been about 12 hours of trying and I'm a clean account. XBL Beta Tester and my Gold expires in 2019.

Now that you know what information is needed,

why not just aquire the information and provide it when asked ?

Sorry to hear it. Microsoft cannot change passwords for anyone. However, you can call phone support and, if you can prove you're the owner of the account, can stop the payments from coming out on it.

Xbox support was called before and all that I was told was they weren't able to stop the payment. The credit card on the account expired last year so payments shouldn't be coming out anyway.

 

you would need to call 1-800-4myxbox for to talk off the auto renewal on your credit card.you need to speak with billing support to get it removed
