Unable to log in to my account

While trying to log into my hotmail account I discovered it was locked. After multiple failures, i was not able to unlock it. Seeing as how I use this account to log into my xbox live profile, it is a little irritating that I can't get into it. I have tried
going through Microsoft's process to get my account unlocked, but the information they ask for is not readily available for me and I do not have the same phone number anymore. I have spent a decent chunk of time and money on the account that is locked, so
I was wondering if anyone could provide me with an answer to the problem. If I can get the account back, or at least transfer all the items I have purchased/downloaded to a new account. Any and all help is very much appreciated.

Can't sign in to XBL

Hello all. I'm still unable to log into my profile. Any ideas? I can log into my 360 but not the XBO.

It's been about 12 hours of trying and I'm a clean account. XBL Beta Tester and my Gold expires in 2019.

I can't sign in to my other xbox account in order to stop payments coming out of a credit card. I have no access to the email(s) linked to it either. Unable to reset email passwords as well. Can microsoft change the password if I can prove it's me?

Have you filled out a Microsoft
secure eform, so the Outlook Moderators can further assist you with your issue.

If you have, but still facing difficulties, I would recommend posting in the
Outlook.com forums, where the Microsoft community can further assist you with your case, only if you have completed the eform but have not been successful with it.

Please link as much information as you can, but do not disclose any Personal Identifiable information, and then someone from Microsoft will be able to further assist you as well. If you do post on the Outlook.com forums, please post
a link to your thread, and I will be able to escalate it up.

You could always Contact Xbox Live Support, and they may be able to assist you as well.

Just a shot in the dark,----

Now that you know what information is needed,

why not just aquire the information and provide it when asked ?

May I ask why you decided to post here?

 

SunkNath has offered some good advice. I'd also like to add that when you are able to access the account again, you should take a few minutes to update your personal information, contact information, and password recovery information so that this is less
likely to happen in the future. I hate to be "that guy" but situations like this are exactly why we all need to keep the information in our accounts up to date.
