Unable to log in to efootball

I opened the game, on this interface, clicking on the Xbox controller or keyboard did not respond. The Xbox controller test showed no abnormalities .I was unable to enter the game. Previously, I used to click on the Xbox controller A to enter the game But there's no response right now

I have tried to repair the Xbox game service and download the game again, but both have failed

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair the Gaming Services app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Xbox app, then click Advanced options. Click the reset button, do the same for the Gaming Services app, try launching the game again using the Xbox app, and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Solution 3: Try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Honestly im excited for the division the most, but i really do want to play eFootball PES 2020.

I tried to install eFootball 2023 here on my end since I also have an Xbox One S and it works just fine which means it's not the games and it's your device itself.

The last step is resetting the console and removing everything, Gff. This will uninstall all of your games and apps but you can reinstall them later on.
