Unable to locate purchased game

Visit the game on XBox.com search for the game online. It should sy you own it. Redownload to XBox. Give it few min or hour to download..

This has happened to me a few times. If you go into your games list, you'll see an heading at the top for games that are currently installed and one for games that are owned.

If you click on the other heading for games that are owned but not installed you can sort the list by most recent purchases (hopefully this is one of the more recent ones). I'm sure you will find your game there and can select it to download.

Failing that, you may have to check your method of payment to ensure that the transaction was completed. If it was, you will need to contact Microsoft billing and they will be able to quickly sort this out by unlocking the purchase for you or issuing a refund.

This happened to me a few times. Several times the problem fixed itself after a hard reboot. A couple other times I had to do text chat with Microsoft to get the issue resolved.

Maybe you bought the game on another account thats why its not appearing on your account

Hi. Sorry to hear that. If you do a reset of your console, it might show up. If it does not, you might have to call Xbox.
