Unable to locate a game (Forza Motorsport 5) on my account

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the best place to ask about this, but the Xbox Virtual Agent suggested I ask here.

Currently, Forza Motorsport 6 is a free game via the Games with Gold program. As typical with the Forza series, once I start playing one, it makes me want to play some of the others as well. As such, I wanted to go back to Forza Motorsport 5 and finish up
some things in that game.

However, I noticed I can't find it to install. I looked under My Games & Apps and went to the "Ready to Install" tab, but it's not listed there. I also checked under the "Gold" category in My Games & Apps and also did not see it located there.

I knew it was a Games with Gold game previously, so I looked it up and apparently it was offered as a Games with Gold game from September 1st through September 30th, 2017. I am familiar with the way the program works and I know the games have to be "purchased"
during the timeframe they are offered for them to be associated with my account. I always do this process via my desktop and I use links from Major Nelson's site.

I looked at the offered games before and after FM5, which were Trials Fusion and Oxenfree. I also looked at the offerings for the Xbox 360 titles from that timeframe, and they are Hydro Thunder Hurricane, Battlefield 3, and Rayman 3 HD.

I check Major Nelson's site religiously (several times per month) to ensure I don't miss any of the Games with Gold offerings. Even if I never intend to play them, I always "buy" them so that I have access. I checked and every single one of those other 5
games I just mentioned is on my account, meaning I for sure was active during that timeframe. There's no way I would have "missed" getting FM5. I also remember that the FM5 offering included the "TopGear car pack" which the original retail release did not
have, so I remember very specifically getting that game. However, like I said, I can not seem to locate it anywhere to install to my Xbox.

Usually, I only use the Xbox's built-in hard drive for storage (I don't use the Xbox much). However, there was a brief time where I used an external 500GB drive, around the time I switched from my launch Xbox One to an Xbox One X. I dug out that HDD and
plugged it in, but FM5 wasn't on there either.

I have no other Xbox Live accounts; I've used this account for over 10 years now and it's the only one I've ever had.

My theory about why this game in particular is difficult to find is because the game was delisted. However, that should mean it was simply removed from the store, meaning it is no longer able to be purchased. Because it should be associated with my account,
I should be able to see it in My Games & Apps, right? It doesn't help that because it's delisted, I can't go to the Store listing to see the status there.

I checked my email archives and I don't have any emails confirming my "purchase" of it; however, that seems to be true for ANY Games with Gold title. I also checked my billing history on Microsoft.com, but Games with Gold stuff does not appear there either.

Is there anyway to A) confirm that I should in fact have access to this game (I'm absolutely positive I should), and B) locate it to install it?
