Unable to load xbox game pass games

Hi Tomn888, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this kindly reset and repair the Gaming Services by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search "Gaming Services" > Advanced Options > Reset > Repair > Restart your PC.

If that didn't work, reinstall the Gaming Services.

1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

3. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

4. Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

5. Restart your device and try to launch your games again.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you are unable to get the mods from the Microsoft store, you wont be able load mods. As the files for the game pass games are locked and not able to be accessed.
