    all digital games are effected when live gos down make xbox one your home xbox should help. and clear mac address.if its digital.

    There's a service alert out for this at the moment:

    http://xbox.com/status

    Playing offline will be okay, when you next try to play while connected it will ask you whether you want to load the save file form the Cloud or the locally-stored (offline) one. If you choose offline, it will replace the older Cloud save file with what
    you did online.

    Unable to load saved game.

    Hard restart the system then unplug the power when you turn on the system check your nat type make sure it's open them tri the sync again
