Unable to load MWIII

I understand that you are experiencing issues loading MWIII.

Please make sure that your Xbox Game Pass subscription is active and associated with the correct account. Check it here: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription to confirm the subscription is still active.

And then sign in on Xbox App and Microsoft Store. Ensure you are signed in with the same account on both the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.

Next is to check network connection. To do this, disconnect and reconnect your internet connection to have a stable connection.

Then run Game Repair Tool. Do this in the Xbox app, find MWIII and select "Repair" or "Verify". This will check and repair any corrupted game files.

After that is to update your Windows operating system and graphics drivers to the latest versions.

Temporarily disable your antivirus software or add an exception for MWIII to see if it's interfering with the game's launch.

Once done close any unnecessary programs, especially those related to gaming or overlays.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall and then reinstall MWIII to delete the corrupted files from the game.

Thanks for the information Kyle! Would we be able to gameshare MWIII content such as shipment?

I bought it direct from Microsoft - they had an offer on where they included COD MWIII, I’m trying to find out how to now download it.

I also have a X box Seeries s and the event tab doesn't show on my x box I have deleted the gane and redownload the game shame problem

Same issue on my XBOX Series S with MWlll’s event tab or info missing. Tried all those suggestions except uninstalling and reinstalling.
