    unable to download game on my Xbox live. Using my Xbox 1 but get an error message saying you must download on the Xbox 1 console which I am doing

    March Games With Gold Issue

    I have a full gold subscription - Brave was the 360 game this month and I had no issues downloading that one.

    Why am I not getting xbox Gold when it says I paid for it? Cant access games!

    My concern is in the Title. Im paying for gold rewards when Im unable to get free games with gold. You tell me.

    If you're on a child account, you'll need to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card/PayPal on file in order to make the purchase.

    Are you using a gold trial or a full gold subscription? 360 games can only be downloaded for free with a full subscription.
    I have a full gold subscription - Brave was the 360 game this month and I had no issues downloading that one.

    Gold games do not work

    games with gold games are free to download but if your gold membership expires they will not load and it will require you to re subscribe.

    Hey there,

    You can only get the free game license/s when you get the Free Games with Gold or hit the Buy $0.00 button. Free Games with Gold changes every month, so if the game you were aiming for were part of the Free Games with Gold before and you were unable to get
    it, then the only thing to do now is either purchase the game digitally or wait for it to be free again.
