Unable to load Fortnite

Hi,

We had a power outage and today we cannot load Fortnite. We get error messages about losing internet connection but this isn't correct as all our other devices still have wireless connection. The latest error message says Xbox Live Purchase Check Failure.
Unable to verify purchase with Xbox Live service; purchased content may be temporarily unavailable. Xbox Live Error code 0x80190191.

Fortnite help

Since the last update on fortnite I have been unable to load or play the game any ideas please

 

Unable to launch games

I am unable to get into Rocket League and Fortnite Battle Royale. They start to load in but never fully launch and I cannot play the games.

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

Thanks for the info. In this case you can either try connecting an ethernet cable to see if that helps or do a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

Do a power reset and it will get fixed...

 

did you ry uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

 

Will I lose all of my skins & Vbucks and match stats by doing that?

All items are linked to your account and you should not lose them by doing a reset.
