    Does it say 'Can't read disc' or does it say 'Unable to Start, Please download again'?

    Do you have any other Xbox orginans? Do they load ok?

    my xbox will not load a game. I have tried all the suggestions.

    My xbox just continues to say reinsert disc. Might be diry, unable to load. The discs are brand new and not one of them work anymore.
    looks like you may have tried multiple discs, your drive might be bad.

    you might want to contact xbox about possible service.

    Xbox can't read new games

    Hi again. I have been through the troubleshooting guide. I did not help.

    When I load the discs into the disc drive the xbox is unable to read the discs. If I try a second time the xbox shuts down and the lower right light flashes.

    Xbox freezes

    I was previously unable to load the game at all ! xbox kept saying unrecognisable disc. I exchanged this brand new disc for another one and managed to load up to the menu after installing the update however it froze so i had to restart the xbox. Following
    several restarts i managed to play one online match then it crashed after the game. 4 restarts later, i managed to play about 10 matches and it crashes again.... this seems to be a common problem.
