Unable to link NFL Network to my NFL app on Xbox one

Ok. So I have NFL network through Baldwin telecom, which is listed as an available provider. I have tried to link it more times than I can count. The website will say that my device is activated. But it never activates in my NFL app. It is still status:
inactive. Very frustrating.

NFL app not activating Redzone even when I am subscribed to it.

I downloaded the nfl app and selected my provider. I am subbed to both nfl network and nfl redzone from my cable provider (optimum) and after I link my provider, it says NFL NETWORK: ACTIVE, NFL REDZONE: INACTIVE.

 

XBox One NFL App - NFL Network not working

NFL Network not working on my

NFL App. Everything else on the app works fine.

I have properly signed in to NFL Services in settings/Account Management from within the app and
confirmed my cable provider.

NFL Network shows ACTIVE in account management after confirming my cable provider.

Then when selecting NFL Network in the
NFL Channel Guide a message appears that says
“Sorry, this video isn’t available right now. Please try again later.”

This message has appeared for approximately the last two weeks while trying multiple times to view NFL Network and is not temporary.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app, followed by signing in to services and confirming my cable provider, multiple times.

I have never been able to view NFL Network using the NFL app on my Xbox One console, but it is working on my XBox 360 console using its NFL app.

This issue is affecting other users as well. I found a web link where another customer had the same problem.

Having the same issue with mine, but my cable provider is Charter Communications. It shows NFL Redzone as active and NFL Network as inactive. Last year when I had NFL network, it read both accounts as active... This year it doesn't...

 

Yeah it's annoying. I hope there is a solid answer on this post of what to do.

 

So I decided to try the same thing with the "Watch NFL Network" app on Windows 8.1... it says I don't have an active NFL Network Online subscription... I'm thinking they may be different things. I'm trying to contact Charter right now to see if this is something
additional I need to set up.

 

I have Comcast. I can't believe that isn't supported. Am I missing something?

 

I have At&t Uverse and had the same issue today. Device connected confirmation without inputing my uverse information and it not actually working, but seems like the link work for every other service provider.
