Unable to license transfer between my xbox consoles

It has been a year since my third license tranfer and I am still able to lisence tranfer. Is there any possible way to reset my tries? please?

Digital Game Keeps Downloading Corrupted

License transfers will only transfer licenses between console. It doesn't transfer licenses between accounts. There is no way to transfer content between accounts.

If you want that counter reset then you will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can do it. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try.
