Unable to launch Xbox windows 10 games

I cannot seem to launch games with the windows 10 XBOX app I meet the system requirements

And have the latest windows 10 updates installed I have tried WSReset.exe and Repairing XBOX app

Nothing is working

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

After this reset the Xbox app please

Nothing when I try to launch a game included with game from both the XBOX app and microsoft store

If I click play/launch it does nothing

I did these intructions with no success however games that I own (from the microsoft store) and not from the gamepass seem to open fine
