    Unable to launch witcher 3, unable to install the requested update


    Hi

    I am on NXOE and this morning I am not able to launch the Witcher 3 game

    The game is requesting for an update but I get an error message telling me that something went wrong with the update install

    The only thing I can do is retry (without success), test my Internet (everything works) or cancel (I get back to the main menu)

    I've already made a complete reboot cycle, I have 100gb of free space on my internal drive

    I don't know what else to do. And I don't want to hard reset my console

    Any advice?

    I just don't get it, I'm guessing it has something to do with the xbox live alert that has been going on. But its very frustrating. I can appreciate the fact that they send out updates to improve the game, but we should be able to download them via computer
    and then install them on our xbox if they are having issues

    Man I bought CoD and that was crap so I returned it for this game yesterday.

    I can't get past 59% installation

    Im taking it back no NBA 2k for me this year…..

    Between Madden NBA2k and CoD the video game industry has been awful this year

    My Fortnite doesn’t work for some reason.

    It is befors the game even launches. I am unable to even install or update the game as it says installation stopped every time I try to update it

    Games saying "Ready To Start" when they really arent.

    I could be misinterpreting but you're referring to being unable to launch a game you already have installed, but are currently updating, yes?

    I believe the "Ready to Launch" phrase only applies to game installations as updates will not allow games to play (especially online) until they are completed.
