Unable to launch ReCore due to an expired trial even though I have Xbox Game Pass

I'm a game pass subscriber. I've spent over 12 hours playing ReCore recently. ReCore is in Xbox Game Pass. I was just playing it and it suddenly kicked me out of the game and said my trial expired. In the Xbox store it says "trial
owned" for ReCore, but I should have access through game pass. In the Windows store, it says I own ReCore and doesn't mention a trial. I can't figure out how to get the game to play now on my Xbox.

Recore Game pass

Add me into the group where ReCore won't launch. I'm on an Xbox Game Pass 14 day trial (expires 9/29) and I was able to play ReCore for a while and now when I try to launch it then it asks me to insert the game disc or see it in the store in order to buy
it. I'm still able to play other games that I've downloaded from Xbox Game Pass.

 

I can't buy Recore after free trial expired

After playing my 30 min. Free trial I tried to purchase ReCore and it reads You already own this product, however, when I try to launch the game it tells me my free trial has expired and I need to purchase the game.When I try to
purchase the game it still reads You already own this product but when I press play I'm told to purchase the game because my free trial is over.

 

Try uninstalling ReCore completely, give your console a
power cycle, and then re-download ReCore.

I have the same issue, since yesterday I can not play ReCore, although I am the Xbox Game Pass subscriber and have been playing this game for a few days. Other games works fine.

 

Count me in on this as well. Same thing, am a game pass sub, was playing the game for the past few days, and now it won't start. Says if I have the disc to insert it, If I don't to be sure I'm signed in, I am. All other game pass
games run perfectly fine. I did the uninstall/ power cycle/ reinstall and still no go. Hope someone figures this out soon.

 

I can also confirm that uninstalling / power cycle / reinstalling do not work.

 

thought I was doing something wrong. I have the same problem. Tried reinstalling. Deleting cache. Power cycle. Nothing works just says my trial has expired even though I have game pass.

 

I am also having this issue but something I have noticed with the game is that if you uninstall it and view it in the store most Game Pass games it will show the price marked out and the word free written next to it but with recore it has the price marked
out but then next to it shows it priced at $19.99 but when I click on the game it tells me that I own it and that I can install it it does not give me an option to purchase

 

called xbox support on this issue, wich i am having aswell... They stated a "service alert" on purchase and downloading from the store. The xbox support page only states minecraft having an issue, but support rep stated its in fact all purchases within the
last 2-3 days and they are working on it. Guessing this is why recore is on downloading the expired trial version and not the full game..

 

I saw the alert also and thought the same thing, that it was only concerning Minecraft. Well I guess we will just have to wait it out. I did sign up to receive the text notification when it's resolved, so hopefully it'll come soon.
