Unable to launch MS Store games

All,

Problem began yesterday after an update to Star Wars BF2. Can no longer play anything multi-player. This is a separate problem that I will address in another post. However, when I try to run World of Tanks, which was purchased from MS Store on XB1, screen
tells me to insert the disc or go to the store, as it doesn't think I own it. However, when I go to the store, it tells me that I already own it and to click the "play" button. Clicking the play button starts the loop again. I have shut down the XB1 and
logged out and in to my Live account several times to no avail. At wits end. The SW BF2 error on multiplayer suggests that I wait about a minute, and if nothing changes, to shut down the XB1 and try again. Arrggghhh.

Problem with access to Sudoku

For two days, Sudoku hasn’t launched properly. I get a message “Unable to establish connection to Xbox”. None of my other MS games eg Minesweeper and Jigsaw are doing this, just Sudoku.

 

Will my stats and rank reset once the game officially launches on nov 5

its still the activision test servers, not the real MS ones that go live at launch, not a min before. Only what MS servers store is kept.

Xbox Insider program? We recommend
removing the Microsoft account from the console, Once the account has been removed, we suggest adding the account back to the console. The email address and password for the Microsoft account must be known before this step is taken. Be sure to let us know
