    Guys,

    Today I thought I'd finally try streaming xbox one games to my win 10 laptop. I followed all the instructions, logged into my account from both the console and xbox one app, connected to the console successfully via my wifi connection. But when I try to
    launch Forza 6 from my laptop, it says: "please sign in to your account from the console", which I already have. I then launched the game from the console and on the app it showed "streaming", but no windows opened and nothing happened. I tested the streaming
    connection and it shows all green check mark.

    My laptop hardware is as follows:

    Acer Aspire V Nitro

    Windows 10 Home

    Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

    16 GM of RAM

    Windows 64 bit

    Wifi internet connection speed test results

    Ping: 7ms

    Download: 388.14 Mbps

    Upload: 29.96 Mbps

    Please shed some light on my situation, particularly where it asks me to log into my console where I have already done so.

    'Turn On' Xbox One Not Working But SmartGlass Does

    I am unable to turn on my Xbox One from the Windows 10 Xbox app, receiving the following error message "We are unable to turn on your console. Make sure this device is on the same network as your console and your console is set to instant-on".
    However, if the Xbox One is already on, I can connect and utilize game streaming from Windows 10. On the same network, I can successfully turn on the Xbox One from the SmartGlass app on my iPhone and then connect to the Xbox One for game streaming from Windows
    10. Any ideas for how to get the Xbox One to turn on directly from Windows 10 without having to use the SmartGlass app?

    To refresh and sync all changes made on your Xbox Profile, you may remove and re-add it on your Xbox One console. Refer to this

    link     and perform the steps provided. Make sure to restart your console before re-adding your Microsoft account.

    Also, we recommend running the troubleshooter for Windows apps that can help resolve problems with an app from the Windows Store. To proceed, click this
