Unable to launch game on PC Game Pass - MARVEL VS. CAPCOM: INFINITE

I get this error whenever I try to launch the game.

"MARVEL VS. CAPCOM: INFINITE is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

If I go to the website, it does recognize I added the game to my library. What could be the problem?

I searched for the code but nothing seems to be relevant.
