Unable to launch Forza Horizon 4

I had purchased Forza Horizon 4 along with my Xbox console and installed the game using the CD key which was there in a card in the console box.

I have been playing the game for a month, but it doesn’t launch now. On launching the game, I get a warning which says “To play this, you will need to buy it”.

Please advise.

Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.

Hi Kelvin,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand you are unable to access the auction house. This is a known issue on Forza horizon 4. Has been an issue since launch. Personally I am unable to access the auction house either, was able to for
the first 6 months of the game have done everything I could think of and still no luck. You would be best looking on the

Forza forums in help with this issue, due to it is an in game issue.

The games! I remember when Forza Horizon 2 was launched and i was just completing the first Horizon. Such great games, even now with Horizon 4.

The issue is definitely that it was refunded your best bet would be to contact xbox support the only way that we know is by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us
