    Unable to launch Call of Duty Modern Warfare


    I am unable to load this game the furthest i have gotten is to the main menu and as soon as i get there I'm prompted with a message advising me that the
    game requires a restart after an update. After this the furthest I can get is the first screen you see when you load the game. This is beyond frustrating! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game three times now!! The game is the digital copy and it 160GB!
    I've literally tried every troubleshooting step to try and work around this with no avail. Please help this is ridiculous!

    I have tried clearing the cache and the network one, clearing local saves, reset the console, booting up the game without internet, using a different
    xbox live profile, honestly everything and its still not working.

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Thank you so much for that and do you have the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, installed? If yes, can you please check if you can install the packs for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II from there?

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    I’m currently having the same problem. I tried to update call of duty modern warfare, but it refuses to update. I canceled the update and uninstall the entire game, I am even went as far as to factory reset my Xbox. But to no prevail I am unable to install
