Unable to launch APEX Legends Error 0x803f8001

Hello, today when I started my Xbox I was unable to load APEX Legends and I am getting error code 0x803f8001 (if you have bought this online, make sure you are signed into Xbox live. If you don't have the rights for playing you'll need to go to the Microsoft
store)

It was working fine yesterday, I have valid Xbox live gold and the game is free to play. I should not be getting this message.

I have run through everything on the Xbox support page from:

- Power cycling my Xbox

- Signing out and in

- Re-Adding my gamertag

- Clearing my Blue Ray cache

- Setting my Xbox as my home Xbox

- Factory reset of Xbox

- Installing the game on an external hard drive

- Signing in with a different xbox live account

I can still play World of Warships just fine so the only thing I can think of is contacting EA and see if it is something on their end.

Update* From EA

"We have tried to reproduce the issue on our end. As per our workaround, if re-adding the game doesn't fix the issue. You need to try adding the game on another account and then try launching it. If you
are able to play using another account, then it means there is something wrong with the current account. In that case, you will be required to contact Xbox again, so that they can take a closer look on the account"

I'm going to remove my account from my Xbox and make a temporary one and install APEX when I go to sleep tonight and see if that helps, seems like Microsoft and EA can't figure out my problem.

Update 2

I performed a hard reset on my Xbox and downloaded APEX through a different xboxlive account. The game now launches.

Re-added my main xbox live account and I can now play APEX.
