Unable to launch any game even after reboot

Was playing Shadow of Tomb Raider a few hours ago and now the game refuses to launch. Rebooted the Xbox One X and tried it again without any luck. All other games installed also do not launch. Tried the usual things like rebooting router, signing in and
out. Appreciate any ideas.

Have you tried clearing your xbox cache by holding down it’s powerbutton for 10 seconds?

Thanks for suggesting this. The problem went away on its own but I'll try it in future. Have a nice day.

OK the issue seems to have resolved on its own. Back to tomb raiding! 😀

Same here. Keeps telling me that I need to use the account I bought the game with and to make sure I have xbox live. I have the requirements but still doesn't work. I have now kept spamming a game to open and it has opened. I don't know if the others will
work though. Too scared to hop off this game.

Having the same issue, all of my gamepass downloaded games are not playing. Getting an error ' Something went Wrong - sign in with the account that purchased the game or installed the app" - which I have. I've tried similar things to you, rebooted router,
restarted console etc. I have internet access, so that isn't the issue. I can see there is an outage listed on the boards suggesting there may be issues accessing downloaded content (i.e. game pass).
