    Yesterday I wasn't receiving game invites from a friend, so I went and hard reset my Xbox. Here lies the problem. Booting the Console back up took longer than usual. I want to say it took longer than 5 minutes. Signed in and nothing would launch. I went
    on to hard reset another 3 times but same issue. So I figured it was some Xbox live issue and the support page didn't update. So I left my Console unplugged for the night. Turned on this morning and it still will not launch. I've even tried removing profiles
    and re-adding them figuring my profile was corrupted. I have not yet tried to reset to factory settings, but I'm getting close to. Is there any other solution? I'm honestly frustrated.

    this is true. however, there's no need to jump right into removing them as your first step

    Update: I've checked the last update on my console. My console updated on 2/3/2016 at 3:08 AM. I am in the preview program. Possible that the console update is preventing games and or apps from launching?

    Try doing a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
    Once it is back up and operational test for results. If that doesn't work you may need to post in the preview forums for assistance. Good Luck!

    I disagree on removing the profiles , many , MANY times this is required when all other stuff fails , profiles get corrupted , always have , probably always will....
