Unable to launch a game the 2nd time - GameLaunchHelper.exe This app failed to launch...

It works after I do the first 3 steps which is to reinstall gaming services: 1) Go to Start > Search for PowerShell > Right Click > Run as Administrator.
2) In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
3) In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

But once I restart the computer, I will need to do this again.

Would you please try to reinstall the Gaming Services app on your PC?

- Go to Start > Search for PowerShell > Right Click > Run as Administrator.

- In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

- In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

- Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Reset.

- Restart your device. Login to the correct Microsoft account on the Microsoft Store and then on Xbox App. Try to install the game again.

See if this works and please let me know.

Error appears once game is installed and is launched a 2nd time. Works fine the first launch after install, but always errors out on the 2nd launch.

The game should always stay running no matter how many other apps you launch. If you launch too many apps, non-visible apps will start getting terminated, but the game is supposed to always stay running. BUT, you can only run one game at a time. If you launched
a 2nd game, the 1st game will get terminated (without any warning...)

Can you give exact repro steps that reproduce your problem 100% of the time? That would be great, and I will try them here at work. I don't have Forza here, but tried another game, and I could not get it to terminate, even after launching 12 different apps.

1. Launched my game
2. Launched 12 different apps (Achievements, Activity, Avatars, Friends, Game DVR, Gesture Tutorial, Internet Explorer, Messages, Party, Settings, TV, and Upload)
   
3. Went back to the game, and it was still running
