    Unable to join Xbox Insider Program


    --Not sure if this is the correct forum--

    I recently downloaded the Xbox insider app and it has denied me access with the message: "You can't join the Xbox Insider program because of your pas behavior."

    Could I see what I have done in the past? I don't believe I have done anything bad or wrong for this to happen to me.

    Please help.

    Xbox Insider Hub denied access "You must be over 18" message

    I am unable to access the Xbox Insider Hub app due to an error message being displayed saying "Sorry, you need to be at least 18 to join the Xbox Insider program", where my Microsoft account age is set to 21. I wish to access the App but have been unable
    to even though through support I have determined that my account is most likely eligible for the Xbox Insider preview program.

    2 weeks ago I got a suspension. I was unable to join parties, send messages, play online, etc.

    That suspension went away yesterday, but I'm still unable to open the Xbox Insider Hub app.

    Every time I open it, I get the same "You cannot join the Xbox Insider program because of your past behavior", even though I have been in the program for almost a year now.

    Is it intentional that I'm banned from the program, or should I wait a while in order to open it again?

    I have successfully joined the Xbox Insider program & even gain some XP as a new comer. šŸ˜‰ I am not sure of what I did but I was able to get it to my PC anyway.

    This page says: ā€œNote that the Xbox Insider app on PC is not currently supported on devices using ARM processors, and thereā€™s no timeframe as to if or when it might be available in the future.ā€

    I confirmed that my PC process is Intel(R) and not ARM processors.

    Any suggestion please?

    Hi

    If you are looking to test new versions of the Xbox One dashboard on your console then you should join the Xbox Insider program and this will allow you help with testing the new console software updates.

    To join the insider program download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console and enrol your console through the app, Once you have joined the program when your XP level and tenure are high enough you will be able to join the beta tier of the program.
