    Unable to join the Xbox insider program


    Hi Friends,

    I am unable
    to join the Xbox insider program. I followed the instruction here to Get the Xbox Insider Hub app on my
    PC. But when I signed in with my MS account, I am not
    seeing the Xbox Insider Hub app in Microsoft Store similar to the issue
    reported in this post Xbox
    Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store - Microsoft Community

    My OS version is Windows
    10 version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.804)

    When I tried
    to manually download the Xbox
    Insider Hub (Legacy)    , I got this message below:


    Unable to join the Xbox insider program [​IMG]


    When I tried
    to get the Xbox
    Insider    , it says not currently available as shown below:

    Sorry if I am
    missing any information regarding this. I'll appreciate any kind help.

    I have successfully joined the Xbox Insider program & even gain some XP as a new comer. 😉 I am not sure of what I did but I was able to get it to my PC anyway.

    This page says: “Note that the Xbox Insider app on PC is not currently supported on devices using ARM processors, and there’s no timeframe as to if or when it might be available in the future.”

    I confirmed that my PC process is Intel(R) and not ARM processors.

    Any suggestion please?

    Hi

    If you are looking to test new versions of the Xbox One dashboard on your console then you should join the Xbox Insider program and this will allow you help with testing the new console software updates.

    To join the insider program download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console and enrol your console through the app, Once you have joined the program when your XP level and tenure are high enough you will be able to join the beta tier of the program.
