Unable to join session Forza Horizon 4 PC

Hello. After what you suggested we are still on able to get online. It is not just Forza horizon 4 for it is Forza horizon 3 as well. This is the error

for support, join forums at...

there is s support ID

a server ID

fsiled to redolve server address. Check your DNS settings snd try again.

I have this problem since yesterday, the day I bought FZ4. So what are you saying is that they are not gonna solve this?

But my friend can join the online sessions without any problems and he has the same NAT type and connection...

Having the same type and connection doesn't make a difference. As I said, Toredo is a protocol which enables the player to connect with the game servers, in this case FH4..an issue with that causes connectivity issues.

I am not saying they won't solve it as I don't work for Microsoft so have no clue on their plans...all I know is the issue has been around since August (when I and lots of other people suddenly had issues)..it's probable it was there before but it was August when a lot of people suddenly had issues with FH4.

You are not alone in this....my PC started having the same last August (after a WIndows Update, which seems to be a common reason for it to happen) and, despite using all the "fixes" found on the internet, it still persists to this day...even through an entire new Windows install. Only fix I found works is to buy an Xbox!

Toredo is on Microsoft's server end as it's the protocol for connecting a player to the servers....unfortunately a fix doesn't seem to be happening
