    Unable to join party's or send messages.


    Hello i am wondering why i had a message from Xbox saying something to do with the Enforcement team has taken action on my account. I don't know what that's about but since i had that message i can't join party's or send messages i can't even talk in game
    chat until the 4th of Feb. I would like to know from Xbox or the Enforcement team why i can't communicate to anyone. It says to check my email for details I have looked at the email linked with my gamertag and there's no email from Xbox. Why have they taken
    action against my account? If anyone could help i would appreciate it thanks.

    So this guy called me a [mod removed] and I reported him and he didn’t get banned but when I call him a [mod removed] I get a 4 day ban it’s not fair

    If they are unable to send messages, invite to parties or talk in a game.

    My friend does not receive any messages I send, invites, etc. I can receive his, but, when I accept his game invite it just says unable to join session, after 2 minutes. To get into a party, I have to start one, he has to restart his xbox, and then join
    my party via friends menu.

    There is currently a service alert up right now, doesn't say it is very much related to the issue you are having. Should hopefully be fixed in a few hours though.
