    Unable to join Parties, and Private Chat - Xbox 360


    Alot of people are having a issue with joining xbox live parties; When is this issue going to be fixed? This is getting absurd for us users who pay money for "GOLD" when we can't even party, or join private chat to begin with....

    Me and my friend ,naM sdrawkcaB A, are unable to enter into parties together(one of us will be unable to connect), unable to private chat, and unable to join games together. Please assist.

    Party Chat Not Working

    Hey all,

    Just signed up as I got my xbox one today. Loving it so far.

    However has anyone figured Party chat yet? I can start a party and join the chat, but no one else in that party can.

    additionally if i join a party I'm unable to join the chat and get the message "Party chat cannot be started at this time"

    Any Ideas?

    its got me absolutely stumped

    Someone remind me why I pay for this service.

    You can Private Chat between the 360 and PC but if you can't join a Party on your PC.

    I am having the same problem right now where it won't even let me join party or accept invitations. whats more annoying it won't let me join games that my friends create. they cannot join games i create either. I believe it has to do with me updating because
    it took me three times to download the update. even then the first two times kept displaying an error. i just want to play games online is that too much to ask? :(

    Hey OP, can you describe the issue in a little more detail? When you said it 'won't let' you chat, what happens when you try to chat? And did anything change or seem different for that one user you were able to chat with?
