Unable to join or invite a friend in Minecraft.

Hi, my son is having the same issue being unable to join his friend’s minecraft realm when invited. The privacy settings are already set to allow multiplayer, join clubs etc and I renewed the Xbox live gold subscription.

I’d be so grateful for some help please?!

not being able to receive invites

join open games or party's

hard to connect to friends

joining server's for bf3, mw3 or any other online game

Not long ago my friends would always be able go join me, both Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, however now they can”t join me no matter what, I’ve changed the way of joining which is “Friends of friends” to “Friend only” to “Invite only” and nothing
works, they all get the message “Unable to connect.”

. ~Believe me or not people are clicking the beta and not the real game.

My son and his 2 friends are trying to play Minecraft together by joining the same world. My son is hosting on his android-device, and have sent a invitation to each of his friends.

We have tried the following:

Case 1: "Friend 1" gets the invite, and joins the game. "Friend 2" gets the invite, at tries to join the game, but gets a time-out.

Case 2: "Friend 2" gets the invite, and joins the game. "Friend 1" gets the invite, at tries to join the game, but gets a time-out.

Case 3: "Friend 1" creates a game, and "Friend 2" joins and can play. My son tries to join but gets a time-out.

The maximum player-limit is 10, and they are 3 players in total.

What can be the problem, when both of his friends can join individually to my sons game, but when they try to join the same game one of them gets a time-out?
