    I purchased a 2nd xbox live gold gamepass subscription so my son could play local coop with me on compatable games such as Halo 5 or Crackdown 3, added him as a friend, and whenever I navigate to the coop menu it allows me to send him an invite, but when
    he accepts it from his controller nothing happens and he is unable to join the game. Extremely frustrating, please help! I just want for us to be able to play coop modes together on the same console!

    You would have to play a game that supports local co-op. Both of those games have online co-op, but not local.

    According to the Store listing, it seems it only supports online coop / multiplayer. Online means each of you will need a separate Xbox One console (no split screen coop / local coop support).

    You don't have to worry about Xbox Scarlett as it's a next gen console and therefore completely separate from the Xbox One. The Xbox One X is an Xbox One console which means it must be on a level playing field with the normal Xbox One. As long as the single

    Makes sense to me but guess it takes intelligence to understand the question. In simplistic terms, Can you link two xboxes gamer tags with two separate x boxes to one gold account? If you are unable to assist then don’t respond.Thanks
